Trevis founded Port City Construction on a foundation of formal training and hands-on craftsmanship. He graduated with honors from Trident Technical College with degrees in both Construction Trade and Construction Management. His portfolio includes the full remodel of Miller-Motte Technical College and complete residential overhauls across the Charleston region.
